Having written to the hotel well in advance asking if, as many other guests had experienced, if the roof bar of the hotel could be closed to guests during our stay, and told absolutely not. I return from lunch not only to find out from 3pm as a paying guest I can’t use the area!

@KTlouiseSoro @passportwaiting I’ve managed to get through on the phone today (took over an hour but don’t mind that so much). Been told our application is with the examiner since Friday (nothing on the web tracking for this). No guarantees obviously but hopefully being looked at.

@SofitelLondonT5 I had a test and rest package booked for 27 Dec so we could fly on 28 Dec but was just told by one of your staff via telephone that we could not stay under the new government guidelines and had to cancel my booking. What is the situation pls I need to know ASAP
