@Michellek4040 It’s the worst. My doctor seemed to be link mine to perimenopause. I did a cortisone shot, but honestly it didn’t help. After 4 mths I’m finally feeling some relief. It’s still there but the pain is at a 4 instead of a 9. Hang in there.

Frozen Shoulder is ruining my life now. Can’t sleep, can’t run, can’t dance, can’t put my hair into a ponytail. Apparently this can last for months or years. Anyone go through this? Any hope?!

That national championship game was a difficult watch last night. Hats off to Dusty May and Michigan, but that is a team full of players with no bond with the university that no one will remember.
