Still dealing with your nightmarish support @bchesky @TaraBunch1 - over 3 weeks later and hundreds of messages with broken English in response and factually incorrect statements. I am in Airbnb purgatory. Shame on you for doing nothing about it

I won’t stop until this gets resolved. I’ve had a great experience so far with most of Airbnb but honestly happy to move off if this fallacy of being a superhost continues. Such a small ask after all -
1. Can I get the photos I paid for
2. Reshoot them

Now you are saying you won’t credit me for the terrible photos you hired out for.
Let’s think about my options here:
1. Try to escalate within @Airbnb
2. Call my credit card

@TaraBunch1 @bchesky I’ve got more threads as well - I’ve called in 7 times now, emailed, opened 3 cases, finally talked to a senior case manager who couldn’t help and still no response back. I asked for a refund but apparently you can’t do that either… #SuperhostBS @Reddit

Here’s the @AmericanAir hotel they want to put us up in. The ONLY option in Miami, it’s 6 miles away and there’s no shuttle. Agent said we can send an email in to attempt to get reimbursed for travel… just keeps getting better! Still no response to my DM as suggested #AA

@AmericanAir the 6 people who boarded due to the re route through SJU then deplaned and the new plan failed. We all are then finally told something 4 hrs since my original flight departed. The next flight out is Monday and we’d be given 450 for the ticket and put in a hotel…

@AmericanAir to board. They get on the plane for almost an hour while they randomly choose ticketed passengers for the remaining 5+ seats. No discussion at anytime of what was going on. Pregnant wife crying. Family with toddlers. No one knows anything. It gets better….

@AmericanAir after the 14 passengers were unable to board the same sh&t happened again on the next EIS to MIA flight. More people randomly bumped. Then they concocted a plan to fly through SJU with less gas, refill there and then SJU to MIA. More randomly picked people allowed…
