People are saying the messages are more recent because of the heart emoji reactions. You could “like” or “heart” messages long before IG added emoji reactions. Any like/heart given now shows up as a regular heart emoji. The messages are from years ago, not recent at all.

…in high school. Although the screenshots are recent (my current pfp is shown), they are old messages from back when I was a teenager. I’m almost 22 now. It disgusts me and I can’t believe I ever was at a place where I thought it was okay to say those things. I am sorry.

@mrwardenwayne Yeah , I’m trying to lower my dairy and cut down on my sweets that plus gym I’ve lost 8 pounds in a month other than that I still eat my usual foods with some healthier subs for the sweet stuff

@Omni_man96 Only way I’ve been able to lose fat is going into a caloric deficit. That’s what I’d suggest!
