It’s happening. A massive new mega-project at the entrance of Thong Lo (former Bangkok Prep site on Sukhumvit 53) is now entering the EIA process. The development is huge: • 39-story hotel with 640 keys • 220 residences • Retail podium on floors 1–2 • Offices on floor 3 • Large rooftop park above the podium • Basement supermarket (finally for this area lol) Feels like the hotel could be a new-to-Thailand 5-star brand.
