Simon Freeman went live Thursday and walked through how he reads HYROS data day-to-day on accounts that have spent $100M+ across ad platforms and driven $250M+ in revenue. Real dashboards. Real lead journeys. The patterns that change his decisions. Three things worth pulling out: * The pattern that tells you an ad is warming the audience. Above-average spend with a frequency under 1.2 = the ad doing the upper-funnel signal work. The ad platforms don't label it. Kill it and you break the sequencing. * Don't scale off a revenue spike before you check the returning-customer view. Most jumps come from email, SMS, or a returning-customer promo, not new acquisition. The new-vs-returning dashboard catches it in seconds. * Most paths to purchase are multi-touch. The ad platforms show you last-click and stop there. The Lead Journey report shows the touchpoints in between, which is where you spot the ads that earned the win without getting credit for it.
