@EE During my latest call (3 in 1 day) a guide called Matt (very helpful) has organised a mini hub to be sent out. Fingers crossed this time. The ombudsman has accepted the case to see if we can get help to get full broadband back.

20 phonecalls since 1/8 trying to sort your mistake @EE & you just keep making it worse. I now have BTEE, it's like PTSD but more traumatic.

@Jambeanie I couldn't live without mine! We have at least 3 in the house. Time of the month, headache, injury, hangover, post night shift fatigue all solved!

Do you own a hot water bottle? It's more associated with women I know... But do you own one? And do you think it's normal to have at least one in a UK home?

@JohnLewisRetail I will, thank you. It's not an order though, it's thousands of pounds worth of damage to her flat. Which John Lewis immediately accepted responsibility for. She's had part of her ceiling down, ruined kitchen units & floor for 2mths now.

@JohnLewisRetail 2mths ago you installed a washing machine incorrectly above my daughter's flat. You took full responsiblility for her ceiling & ruined kitchen. 2mths on she's repeatedly contacted you with no resolution, but lots of excuses. Any ideas pls?

@SaulStaniforth I wish they would ask the question what are British values because I don’t know what they are talking about. I believe there are human values that unite us all: love, empathy and compassion just to name a few

@DrBenLovell I think Jo Brand wrote this if I remember correctly, her NHS experience was clear. It was excellent!

Between 2009-2012 there was a TV show called Getting On, which was the funniest and most realistic account I’ve ever seen of working in the NHS. Does anyone know if there’s any way to watch it in the UK? I never see it repeated anywhere. A snippet ⬇️

@deathofbuckley In Scotland we have Childsmile. NHS staff teach & support good oral health for nursery pupils (& poss older I can't remember!) & there are resources for parents & staff. simple but effective support.

@Christo03770888 I had a Magic Roundabout wastepaper bin, got it as a 6th birthday present from a chum. It came with me when I moved into my own place, & a few house moves..until an ex threw it out. Devastated! Also humming the theme tune all night now, cheers 🤣

@henningwehn I love hearing a Pipe Band & a good lone piper is fabulous. When my daughter was learning to play the pipes our cat used to attack them though.🤣
