Resolved!! @trq212 helped me out debug where the token usage came from and it was my fault 100% Script to find token usage gist.github.com/kieranklaassen… I had a recurring script that ran every 5 minutes that should not have run every 5. I hope we can make it easier to detect these within Claude and Claude Code soon too.

@claudeai code has a hidden gacha pet system in the source code. 18 ASCII species. 1% legendary drop. Deterministic from your user ID — no rerolls.
Their code literally says: "Sustained Twitter buzz instead of a single UTC-midnight spike"
They engineered the discovery to spread across timezones tomorrow.

@nummanali tmux grids are awesome, but i feel a need to have a proper "agent command center" IDE for teams of them, which I could maximize per monitor. E.g. I want to see/hide toggle them, see if any are idle, pop open related tools (e.g. terminal), stats (usage), etc.

There’s a lot of doomsday talk of AI but the optimism of startups on the ground is higher than ever - just today I’ve seen 3 large demo days happening in SF.
At Open Batch, 50+ @ycombinator alumni founders have been meeting in working groups since Jan and 30 companies across AI, dev tools, fintech, and healthtech just presented. Love the initiative here by @mshuffett @karmelajeremy
