@DoorDash admission of guilt they have no record whatsoever they sent this money back now they’re asking me to dispute with my bank to get my money back from them because the money left my bank straight to DoorDash or who else would’ve got it
@DoorDash_Help DoorDash has taken my money and haven’t given it back now they have stopped responding. Is this what you guys do to customers? Is this how y’all you know? Returned the favor for customer shopping with you guys?
@DoorDash I guess you thought it would best to have your guys repeat the same couple phrases and that would get things done. Would you done is actually really sitting here and play a customer and a Dasher y’all took my money. Y’all didn’t give it back now I’m not making post about it. I have all the proof. I am currently disputing with my bank and I’m currently making a report with consumer fraud because if I have to take eight days multiple days contacting y’all multiple minutes hours, almost at least at a time and still not get help. Y’all actually have stop responding to the app which I’m pretty sure that’s illegal so my only thing left for me to do is to report y’all to consumer fraud and all of that. And so everyone online what y’all do to customers behind closed doors.
@DoorDash I’ve been giving noting but the run around still haven’t received my refund yet. This is even crazier because I’m a driver. Also I’m a Dasher for DoorDash. I have a premium account the highest rated driver there can be yet. I can’t get any help when I’m spending or any help when I’m spending my money with DoorDash this is the kind of help I get. I get to sit for eight days straight and still wonder why I haven’t gotten my money back now they stop answering completely
