•That's why I hate seeing these knee slide celebrations. •Should the team medics/ management/ coaches ban these?
• I wonder if you could copy paste the MRI report from the other knee? 🤔

@mskradiologist It is a clever and easy to use system but not very efficient. only 1 to 1.5 fold of platelets, 10 to 20% of WBC and neither anticoagulant or activator included. It yields little volumes too.
@VikasVedi Absolutely. I think about the "formulation" I am injecting a lot more. Although patient selection is key, I've seen successes in cases I thought were hopeless.
@mskradiologist We see both the femoral and acetabular cartilage beneath the sourcil, right? And why the cartilage is intermediate signal on the superior acetabulum but hyperintense on the medial side?
I've probably walked past this loads of times but the paucity of cartilage covering in both hips on the acetabular side 🤔
Almost certainly variant anatomy and not pathological but striking.
Chondral efficiency 😁

Merry Christmas to all those working in the NHS
Many staff in the NHS are grossly underpaid (even on Christmas day👇) but none more so than Resident Doctors who frequently graduate with >£100k debt
RT to support them & ask government to pay them ALL fairly #PayRestoration
@toobbroadband please don't signal on your website that you will be coming to my address soon. It's been almost a year - same old promise. I've spoken to you and it's apparent that you cannot afford the costs required.
So come clean and update your postcode checker.
@AdamMeakins 🤔Supscap nerve innervates GHJ and ACJ. Suprascap nerve provides motor innervation to Supraspinatus/ infraspinatus muscles.
Sensory innervation to the SASD bursa different nerves inc axillary, suprascapular nerve, and the posterior cord of the brachial plexus.
🤷🏽🤷🏽
Suprascapular nerve blocks do NOT outperform saline only placebo injections for shoulder pain!
Its the thought of “blocking nerves” that helps reduce pain… not the actual “blocking” of them!
