@PeoplesGasCHI How can I complain about the customer service reps and speak to/interact with someone who speaks English? I’ve spoken to 3 reps since Monday and have gotten 3 different answers. The 1st two calls lasted over an hour and the 1st call on 4/15 the rep was horrific!
