I don’t keep a grade book. I keep a learning record. Yes, there’s a difference. In how I see it. In how my kids see it. In how their parents see it. Seems the only ones who have a hard time “seeing it” are those educators who can’t quite change their grading mindset. My suggestion? Try a learning mindset. It changes how we see things. #Project180
