Finally put the CC fee onto the customer. No push back so far.

I don’t think you should charge for ACH because the fees are like five dollars a transaction and when they charge me a percentage or $25 I feel price gouged, knowing how much it really costs. Plus you should want to encourage people to use ACH instead of check because you get paid faster and less collection effort
As far as credit card fees I think it’s now industry norm and everyone’s doing it so I started doing it too.

I used to think that way until I realized I was just playing business on hard mode. I switched to 50% deposits and haven't looked back.
It’s all about perceived value. If your lead gen, nurture, and communication are dialed before you even step on the property, the trust is already established. We just hit our 50th five-star review today from a client who originally questioned the deposit.
I’d rather have that working capital sitting in the business ready to scale than be floating the risk on a project myself.

The thing is, in my world, the revenue amount is completely meaningless.
There is infinite construction work available if you’re willing to work for free (less than 25% gross margin)
There’s near infinite work at 35% gross margin

Percentages make no sense for tipping.
I go to a restaurant and order a $20 steak. Guy at the table next to me orders a $100 steak.
If I tip $5 I’m considered a great tipper, but he’s expected to tip at least $20.
Why? The server literally did the same amount of work!

This has to be one of the worst investments ever for kids.
They get bored after a week and they won’t touch it ever again.
As a parent I have promised not to buy this but take the kids out in nature and take them to other activities so they can explore and their brain develop more.
Or maybe build other obstacles for your kids in your backyard…
Life for kids was meant to be more than this playsets.
