In the name of CM Punjab, Governor of Punjab, PM and President of India and All National Media Houses We want to draw your attention towards 'BIG DISCRIMINATION' being done with Computer Teachers working in Govt Schools of Punjab for last 19 years. Computer Teachers are not only being deprived from implementation of Punjab's 6th Pay Commission on them but also being denied the continuation of DA hike on their Unrevised Pay Scales implemented as per Punjab's 5th Pay Commission on them. _This is what Aam Aadmi Party Government doing in Punjab with a noble teaching fraternity._ And that too with those Computer Teachers with whom this Party's _Supremo Arvind Kejariwal made promise in their Election Manifesto in 2017 and 2022_ that Computer Teachers will be merged directly into Education Department from _PICTES_ (Punjab ICT Education Society) created under Education Department for imparting Computer Education to students of 6th to 10+2 classes in Govt. Schools of Punjab since 2004-2005. Also the budget of salary of Computer Teachers is 100% being given by Govt of Punjab. Above all, these teachers are highly qualified having master degrees in Computer Science and IT and were recruited in 2005 by taking written Test as well as Practical Examination in highly sophisticated CDAC labs in Chandigarh and their services were regularised in 2011 by SAD-BJP Government in _Punjab ICT Education Society_ under Education Department with pleasure of Honourable Governor of punjab by issuing a notification as on 02/12/2010 and regular appointment letters were issued to computer teachers w.e.f 01/07/2011 by Appointing Authority Director General of School Education, Punjab In all aspects, Computer Teachers, who have given 19 precious years of their life to Education Department, are on par with every other cadre of teachers working in Education Department of Punjab and deserve to be given all the benefits without any discrimination what so ever. Same is the view of our Respected Education Minister S. Harjot Singh Bains who time and again is requesting CM and Finance Department of Punjab to solve all the issues of Computer Teachers as soon as possible as they deserve all benefits because it is written in their _Appointment Orders_ too. But AAP Govt. of Punjab who claimed to be the _Govt of Common People is denying to implement 1. Punjab's 6th Pay Commission on Computer Teachers who are already covered under Punjab's 5th Pay Commission since their regular appointment. 2. Also denying to implement our Appointment Orders legally given by Governor of Punjab. 3. Also denying any hike in Dearness Allowence as per Punjab's 5th Pay Commission for last 2 years when they came into power in Punjab. 4. They also announced that all the benefits including 6th Pay Commission and CSR (as written in our Appointment Orders) will be given to us on Diwali of 2022 but we are still waiting.. Is there nobody in our country who can protect the law and remind this Common People's Government to implement the Appointment Orders of Computer Teachers working in Govt Schools of Punjab.
