RERA का नाम है, पर असर कितना? रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक केवल कर्नाटक में 35,000+ शिकायतें दर्ज हुईं। 80% मामलों में आदेश हुए, लेकिन पैसा सिर्फ 8–10% खरीदारों को ही मिला। कागज पर कार्रवाई, जमीन पर अधूरी राहत। “RERA Approved” क्या सिर्फ मार्केटिंग लाइन है? सभी राज्यों में यही हाल है
