@leonrestaurants The Holborn branch. Service was slow and not great today either. Also, the pipes on the ceiling were leaking leaving a small puddle on the floor. The staff didn't seem bothered, there were warning signs up but this it's a hazard as customers could slip and fall.

I sent out a parcel to a customer, I used Tracked 24 instead of their standard Signed For service because of what they had said on their website.

@mstheax @arnau99999 @BBCWatchdog I had a special delivery sent last Wednesday (30th) didn’t arrive until this Wednesday (7th)! that was a special delivery before 1pm. But then another that was sent out yesterday arrived today no worries. So hopefully the backlog is getting caught up and you get yours soon 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@everyoneactive the soft play at one of your EOA was really dirty/dusty. Babies, toddlers and kids can't be exposed to this. There's also food and more in-between the soft play. Really need to deep clean this especially with all the bugs going around, so unhygienic! #madeformums
