Testosterone decreases when you have kids. In one study, there was a sharp 36% drop. And the men who spent the most time with their kids had their T drop the most. It makes sense: It helps shift us from competing for a mate to caring. Makes you wonder about those taking T...

Athing Mu should go run a 400 at an open meet in a few days. Run 48.x and dare USATF to not select her for the relay team. The rules state they have discretionary picks for exceptional situations for the relay pool.

NEW: ‘We Want Caitlin’ chant breaks out during an *away* game for Caitlin Clark in Connecticut. The chant came after Clark was benched after she picked up her fourth foul. Earlier in the game, the crowd appeared to turn on their own team when Connecticut Sun guard DiJonai Carrington mocked Clark after being fouled. Carrington was seen flailing her head in an effort to mock Clark which prompted some boos from the stands.

@stevemagness Steve, this is so important!! I’ve seen this in action. Some coaches just don’t understand this!

Many people run too fast on their recovery days. Especially on HS teams. The top kid sets the pace. So those who are motivated & want to be good, latch on to them. The top kid may be recovering. But most of the rest aren't. On recovery days, let kids know it's okay to go slow.
