Manufacturers won’t retool for one state. Shortages follow. Prices spike. Access disappears. The Supreme Court’s Bruen decision holds that gun laws must align with historical tradition. There is no historical precedent for the government tracking every bullet a civilian owns. They’ll know what you have, how much, and what caliber. California started somewhere too. Hearings start tomorrow.

Here’s the strategic one. Airports are America’s most visible national security symbol. Federal law enforcement stationed there — during a shutdown Democrats own — signals strength to adversaries abroad and accountability to voters at home. At the same time. Tom Homan confirmed it: ICE isn’t running X-ray machines. They’re covering what TSA can’t. Democrats own the chaos. Trump owns the response. This isn’t immigration enforcement. It’s game theory. And the longer the shutdown runs, the more voters standing in those lines know exactly who put them there.
