All kidding aside if ICE is giving out free hamburgers and cold drinks, who the heck is going to want TSA back? Top notch trolling.

@BoLoudon Later today they will have BBQ Grills set up so that they can hand out Hot Dogs and Hamburgers. Next week they plan full course “sit down” meals

Imagine if we tracked ballots like this? Wouldn’t that be a dream! I bet if we did that then laws like this would never pass. Just the fact that law enforcement is exempt means there will always be unregistered bullets which means there will always be a black market which means only criminals will be with unregistered bullets. And if you have a box of bullets on your way to the shooting range, they are going to give you another misdemeanor for every individual bullet? That’s not fair. That’s morally repugnant and must be unconstitutional.
Jake@JakeCan72

Illinois HB4414 is in committee hearings right now — March 24 and 26. It hasn’t passed. Yet. Every handgun round serialized. Every purchase logged in a government database tied to your ID. A new 5¢ per-round fee to fund the registry — on top of the FOID system already in place. Law enforcement is exempt. You are not. No ID required to vote. Take unserialized ammo outside your home — to the range, on a hunt, in self-defense — and you’re facing misdemeanor charges. Every round in public counts as a separate offense. Manufacturers won’t retool for one state. Shortages follow. Prices spike. Access disappears. The Supreme Court’s Bruen decision holds that gun laws must align with historical tradition. There is no historical precedent for the government tracking every bullet a civilian owns. They’ll know what you have, how much, and what caliber. California started somewhere too. Hearings start tomorrow.

@PierreDelecto5 @LamarMK God it's so refreshing to hear a CT owner be realistic, honest. And look, you still like the CT. Not like any of it is a deal breaker for you. It's just physics that everyone has to deal with until the next generation of batteries come out.

Imagine paying $200 every time you fill up your gas truck. Now imagine plugging in your Cybertruck at night, waking up to a full charge for about $10, and driving over 300 miles the next day. Oh, and it's also the safest truck on the road, gas or electric. The choice is pretty clear.

Travel sports are largely stupid but I think so many families have leaned more into kids' sports because it's a way to foster community and the parents have few other opportunities to do that. Some do it for distant college possibilities, sure, but for many it's making friends.
Clay Travis@ClayTravis

If you’re a parent and you think — spending on kids sports is out of control — you’re not wrong. Look at spending on youth sports since 2019. Graphic via @wsj.

Let me get this straight. There's SNAP fraud, EBT fraud, Medicaid and Medicare fraud, home healthcare fraud, daycare fraud, medical transportation fraud, and hospice fraud, but definitely, absolutely no election fraud?

@FurkanGozukara Why can't we use a drivers license to prove citizenship? BECAUSE DEMOCRATS GAVE DRIVERS LICENSES TO 30 MILLION ILLEGALS!!!! That's why.

Exactly. I don’t understand why people don’t get that a drivers license was purposely diluted by the states exactly to make no distinction between citizens and non-citizens. It worked. So now a drivers license doesn’t cut it to prove citizenship. All they had to do was put a little icon for citizen or not but that was too much to ask. Got a problem with it? Me too! Contact your state representatives that did this to us thinking it would work in their favor somehow. It sure as hell wasn’t a republican let alone maga decision.

Absolute bombshell. Morning Joe exposes the new Trump voting act as a massive Trojan horse. It's not about photo ID. It's a deliberate scheme requiring original birth certificates to systematically purge millions of legal voters from the rolls. The GOP is terrified.
