End of my first week in a new role & one thing I’ve learned is to reflect on what i’ve managed to achieve & give some credit. Managing to hit the ground running and get several all the things off the ground is a great achievement in a first week! Shouldn’t be so hard on myself.

The heads of department for Estates and Facilities @RUHBath have created their division scorecard. Objective dialogue took place yesterday with all their measures either accepted or challenged (none rejected) by the Exec team, ensuring alignment to True North and Trust priorities
