Hey @iotty_SmartHome why does your app not start up on my android phone? It just spins and spins. Have forced closed and cleared cache multiple times. This is ridiculous. Never had these problems on gen1.

Setting up a smart scale and they ask me for my weight in the profile setup. Mother fucker why do you think I bought a scale!?

It's also over heating while charging!

Hey @amazonmusic I can't express to you how frustrating it is to pay for a music service to be able to download my music to my device to listen to in offline mode to then have to be online in order to play it! STOP requiring a connection to play offline music! Hey @pandoramusic

@AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp Sara, I'm listening to it on my phone on a plane. And if I forget to start playing my downloaded music before I put my phone in airplane mode it won't play!

Hey @iotty_SmartHome I really love your switches but your gen2 switches need a lot of help pairing to WiFi. Gen1 switches connected first time with gen2 I have to try 30+ times to get it to register with the app on WiFi!! Not cool! And phone support would be super helpful now.
