@FOSSpatents @NZComCom It looks like they uploaded a document on 18 july under documents tab which is a letter in support of the merger.

The website of New Zealand's antitrust authority, @NZComCom, notes that the July 17 deadline for a decision is "completed" but lists no decision and the case status as per the website is "open". In the past they announced when they postponed something. No worries. It'll happen.
