In 2022, we released a moonshot goal of 500K units over next 10 yrs. This target would require production we haven’t seen since 1960s.  This week, we learned that in 2024 NYC completed more housing than any year since 1965.  We are on our way. x.com/NYCPlanning/st…     17/18
