What do I eat to spark joy tonight?

Every day I go to the gym, I see 9–5 workers who either come in, work out, freshen up, and head straight to work—or come directly from work, change into their gym wear, and lock in. And then there’s you, working remotely and making excuses for your laziness. Fitness is not a trend. It is not optional. You must find a way to stay fit if you want to buy time in this world. Time will tell.

After two weeks of hitting every muscle group you actually never get sore again if you stay consistent
