The Bike Boy Scandal: The Top 10 Lies and Cover-Ups by Daniel Andrews and the Victoria Police. LIE #1: "Ryan Hit Us." Let's start with Dan Andrews' biggest lie. For over a decade, he and wife Catherine Andrews claimed 15-year-old Ryan Meuleman "T-boned" their SUV. But in a recently obtained 000 call, Andrews can be clearly heard admitting, "WE'VE HIT HIM." This admission is supported by previously hidden police photos that show front-end damage to the SUV, including a smashed windscreen and broken right side-mirror, proving the Andrews SUV struck Ryan. LIE # 2: "I called 000 immediately." Daniel Andrews gave a sworn statement to police claiming that he called 000 immediately after the crash. But, 000 call logs reveal he waited over six minutes before making the call. Meanwhile, a neighbour spoke to 000 at least two minutes earlier. Of all Daniel Andrews’ lies, this one is the most chilling. LIE # 3: Failure to publicly address his 000 admission. In recent media coverage, Daniel Andrews avoided addressing the section in the 000 call where he admitted, "We've Hit Him." This tells us he is very worried about this admission. LIE # 4: Breath Tests Were Conducted. Police reports initially said that both Daniel and Catherine Andrews were breathalysed at the scene. It was later revealed that police lied, and no breath tests were conducted. Police were then caught altering the reports after the lie was uncovered. LIE # 5: "The Incident Was Fully Investigated". Daniel Andrews has repeatedly claimed that the incident was thoroughly investigated by police. But, neither he nor his wife were ever formally investigated, and crucial steps—such as impounding the damaged vehicle for forensic analysis—never took place. LIE # 6: Leaving the Scene of the Crash. Two witnesses stated that Daniel Andrews left the crash site and walked 250 metres to his rented holiday house, before returning later after police and an ambulance had arrived. Andrews has lied about this in his accounts, proving he failed to remain at the scene and render assistance. LIE # 7: "I Didn't See Any Blood on Ryan". In his 000 call, Daniel Andrews claimed he couldn’t see if Ryan was bleeding. But, a witness told 000 that Ryan was visibly bleeding through his t-shirt. This raises questions about whether Daniel Andrews was even at the crash scene when he was talking to 000. LIE # 8: Unroadworthy Vehicle Left Unexamined. The government-issued SUV Daniel Andrews drove away after the crash had a smashed windscreen, front-end damage and missing a side-view mirror, rendering it unroadworthy. Police failed to impound this vehicle or conduct a forensic examination. LIE # 9: "Catherine Wasn't Calling 000 Either". During the 000 call, Andrews claimed he didn’t know if his wife, standing just metres away, was also calling 000. If he really was only 10 metres away, he would have seen and heard her talking to 000. LIE # 10: "The police acted appropriately at all times.". Andrews has hidden behind a false claim that there was no police wrongdoing in investigating the crash. However, the failure to conduct basic procedures like breath tests, witness interviews and vehicle inspections has raised significant concerns about possible police complicity in covering up the incident. Laws have been broken. Who should be charged? Under Victorian law, Daniel and Catherine Andrews should face charges including perjury (for providing false statements to police), failure to render assistance (a breach of duty in serious accidents), reckless conduct endangering life and destroying evidence, like driving the SUV away. Police could face charges for misconduct in public office, falsifying evidence, and obstruction of justice, particularly in relation to altering reports, failing to conduct proper investigations, and suppressing key evidence like the 000 call and crash photos. Is Victoria Police still involved in a cover-up? To be clear I have not decided my position while I am doing much needed due diligence on this legislation.  Why? This bill has significant flaws I won’t allow our citizens to be subject to. I have always held that our right to free speech must be respected. The Senate Committee inquiry  has until next week to report their findings and given it  has had 100’s of submissions I believe they deserve to be heard .   So please keep engaging with me on this bill as your views matter, but note using misinformation does nothing to strengthen your argument.

Jacqui Lambie needs to think before she engages her mouth to consider the consequences of her comments. She has done untold damage to our nations’s international reputation. The world is laughing at her - and Australia. And she has exposed herself as a power drunk totalitarian. Happy to answer those questions, I'll start with the last. This one hasn't been targeted in particular, The Christchurch Attacks were videos were censored, as were the Lindt café hostage crisis. The hostages were releasing videos of themselves, crying with a gun to their head relaying the terrorists demands and, they were removed in real time. Second, Someone else unelected should be able to make those determinations as you are yet to explain WHY you need to view that content. You do not need to see videos of people with guns to their heads, crying, begging for their lives because it is not only disrespectful to their memory and to their living families trauma. Your entertainment is not worth more than the victims trauma.

RIP young man A New South Wales paramedic stabbed to death near the end of his shift was a young father who had dreamt of working in the service since he was a little boy. The paramedic, 29, was getting breakfast at Campbelltown McDonald's in the city's south-west with a co-worker about 5:30am on Friday when it is alleged he was repeatedly stabbed in the abdomen by a 21-year-old man.
