The crypto industry is in a malaise. The tech, regulation, and TradFi interest is at an all-time high. Yet internally, the industry feels more stagnant, circular, and cynical than ever. It's time to Believe in Something Real. New post linked below 👇

Also the fact that Walmart’s chatbot is called Sparky and not Wally is insane to me. Although there’s still time to change this, @Walmart!

In a letter to the SEC, Coin Center suggests the agency: 1) Prioritize rulemaking over case by case no-action letters 2) Consider whether open blockchains obviate the need for transfer agents altogether (and to resist rent seeking state-mandated intermediation)

@WazzCrypto You should naturally use a segmented wallet. It's for micropayments, it can be very small amounts of money. It's actually probably safer because you need to pre-fund the wallet whereas if you leaked your API key an attacker could run up the bill until your next billing cycle

NYC doesn't go home until 10 PM or even later In a map of Citi Bike use, rides peak at 5 PM, but most rides are still around Manhattan -- potentially folks traveling to dinner, drinks, etc. Traffic moves to NJ and outer boroughs around 10 pm
