@InstacartHelp I am not able to shop, I am not able to instant cash out the money in my account, I can’t even get the regular cash out to my bank since my account is under review. We are fed up with automated responses. I have messaged you all in the DM and all you say is “we are working on it”
@InstacartHelp Day 7 now of my account being under review. It says to reach out to instacart support team. The support team tells me they will escalate the case to the ID Verifcatom team and they will email me. 7 days later I still have yet to get a single email from IC 👍 thanks for nothing
