Can't wait for my boss to get in tomorrow and find out the task she assigned me late Friday, I did the whole thing Saturday. She wanted it done by next Tuesday!

I tried one of the McDonald's refreshers today, and I don't like those pebbles in the bottom of them. I'll have to try the strawberry watermelon one instead.

@muellerspace Nope. Whole bulletin board would go. One less thing to have to decorate! It got a lot of positive feedback yesterday. Project for next summer. Now need to send the 1973 biographical dictionary to the warehouse in the sky. 😢

#MGLit #librarian Hive mind input: I'm thinking of relocating the shelves behind the circulation desk to where the bulletin board is. The books aren't used, and the shelves behind the desk aren't useful. Will keep encyclopedias in different location. SHOULD I MOVE SHELVES?

@MsYingling I'm a go for moving the shelves then, if you can also get the bulletin board down. That awkward half bulletin board would look weird, I think.

@muellerspace They are the same height. The shelves on the opposite side of the library are much fuller, so it would give me space to have nonfiction on just the top two shelves so we don't have to sit on the floor to look at things on the bottom shelf.

There is a bug in my computer. But not the kind you're thinking of. Like a literal insect. I can see it on the screen, but I cannot touch it. I would have definitely squished it by now, so it's got to be in there.

@MrsMoricz Oof, sorry to hear Tina. My cousin is going through cancer and chemo round 2 right now.

My aunt was diagnosed today with #ovariancancer. She’s being scheduled to start chemo. I want to put together a care kit to get her started. Seeking suggestions, advice, questions we should ask, or best therapy options. TY.

You may have noticed the tape on Sam Antonacci’s helmet lately. He said that actually started back in JUCO as a superstition and he’s worn it at every level. When he first got called up, he stopped using it because he was worried it wasn’t exactly “show” and it kind of looks like the helmets broken. But now that he’s more comfortable up here, he brought it back. #whitesox
