@sammartirosyan9 As a fellow 12 year old in Gyumri in 2003 I remember vividly the world war 3 feel. In 2010 when I was at Pasadena City College a professor asked, “other than Afghanistan, where else are we at war now?” one of my classmates answered, “I didn’t even know we were in Afghanistan.”

I wonder how different Israel’s genocide against Palestinians in Gaza is from US invasion of Iraq in 2003 in terms of public outcry & resistance?I feel like there’s more protests & more ppl are vocal but I don’t remember much bc in 2003 I was 12 growing up in a Gyumri ghetto
