30' feet out concentrating on technique this morning and not rocking back too far at the finish!

Been a while since I have done a 5k, decided to try and hold 30spm but lungs had different ideas 1500m in. More work to do but pretty happy with the result though.

Been a while since I have done anyhing more than 14k. Attempted a marathon on Monday, got 30k in and had to bail but managed to finish a half on Tuesday. More work to do but pleased with that.
