1/ We just wanted to address the ongoing discussion recently regarding the First Lady, Michelle Obama announcing her new podcast, which shares the same name as our podcast, IMO Podcast (which stands for "In My Opinion").

We’re not accusing Mrs Obama of TM infringement because she’s well within her rights to TM in the US, we should’ve when we started tbf, just didn’t believe in ourselves enough at that point. But now it’s more about how we can co-exist without being drowned out by her popularity

UK podcast group “In My Opinion” podcast are pleading with the former First Lady #MichelleObama to consider changing the name of her new podcast. The London trio started their podcast five years ago and trademarked the name in the UK back in 2021. #tsb #theshadeborough
