It's so disturbing that in Sseguku-Nalumunye we haven't had water for over two weeks & all @nwscug does is promise & keep closing our "complaint reference numbers" before resolution. E.g Ref 3793393. Area Engineer (Stefan) has tried but issue seems beyond him. @NWSCMD pliz help

It's very dissapointing that we ve spent a week without water & i have to keep begging & chasing @nwscug to just have this fixed. They are so good at making promises. One of their engineers came on site, identified the problem & left minus working on it. @NWSCMD
