Update: talked to @MicrosoftHelps support directly. Their answer? "Just keep submitting the same form that already failed multiple times." That's it. No manual review, no alternative — after YEARS of trying, their solution is to keep repeating the exact thing that hasn't worked.

Trying to recover my Outlook account (locked for suspicious activity). I have the correct login/password, but the recovery form keeps saying “insufficient info.” This email was linked to my Epic Games and Discord accounts for years can @MicrosoftHelps assist? 🙏

Lost my @Discord account after years of use recovery email is permanently inaccessible. Support refuses ANY alternative verification (payment proof, purchase history) and closed my ticket. No backup recovery method at all is a serious design flaw. @discord_support

I have the correct login/password, but recovery keeps failing for “insufficient info.” I mostly received emails on this account, not sent them, so I don’t have strong answers for contacts/sent mail. It was tied to my Epic Games and Discord for years. 🙏

Update: I’m stuck between two companies. Discord only accepts the original email for recovery. That email is locked by Microsoft for “suspicious activity,” and their recovery form keeps rejecting me for insufficient info. Neither side accepts proof the other could verify. 🙏
