@SpeedwayGB In all my years of following speedway I have never known it to be in such disarray , several clubs closed , some retracted into the championship, at least 2 clubs for sale and the two biggest clubs have no ambition for Premiership speedway , Mess !

This video raises two serious concerns: 1) The extreme degree to which arrest & restraint training standards have fallen off over the last 25/30 years 2) why do members of the public not offer assistance to these two officers?
