the discussion around worlds invites right now is always weird because almost nobody is taking accountability for their lack of skill. having money makes it easier for sure, but if you need to travel to all three ICs and top 8 an SPE to get your invite, you were not good enough.

this is insane I just won a fucking regional only dropping 5 games in the main event. my play felt insane all weekend and my draws even better

First year going for invite was awesome! I finished 95th NA Made it to 6 tournaments and day 2 5/6 of them! I went into this season with 2 goals - top cut a major ❌ - start 3-0 at a tournament ✅ Still got a lot to learn to get to that point but still happy with my season

We qualified for worlds once again. I’m super excited to be competing once again. Even though I was not able to perform as consistently as I did last season I was able to get onto stream and make my first top cut!! All love to the friends I’ve made this season.

got home last night and spent some time reflecting on this weekend and the season as a whole. this year has been full of big changes. i graduated college, started my first engineering job, and somehow found myself traveling around the country playing pokemon cards. going into this season, my goal wasn’t to earn a certain finish. i just didn’t want my anxiety to stop me from doing things that excited me. i wanted to put myself out there, meet new people, and have fun playing a game i love. getting my first day 2 in my first competitive season is something i’m INCREDIBLY proud of, but really the results aren’t what i’ll remember most. i’m grateful for all the friendships and memories this game has given me. this community has brought some truly amazing people into my life and i couldn’t be more thankful ❤️
