@Piyushtuteja3 @BlrCityPolice @bngdistpol @CPBlr This is how online system works, they added all charges. R&M isn't on PG provider's account? why should one pay seperation charges..offline PG's are much better and peaceful during seperation.

Dear @BlrCityPolice @bngdistpol @CPBlr My PG provider @ColiveIndia is demanding money even after I vacated the property. My security deposit has not been refunded, and I am receiving repeated calls and threats of legal action. This is causing mental harassment. Please help.

NIFTY SMALLCAP 100 DOLLAR chart without rupee depreciation. This chart shows that last bull run time cycle was 2005 to 2023 and there is a fresh new darvas box developing now for next time cycle. Last time from 2005 it went from 27$ to 154$ which is almost 6X and now its only gone from 155$ to 234$, so imagine where is 6X in last cycle and 1.5X in this cycle. This is just the start, I believe a new commodity cycle will form and completely develop this next darvas box here. There is No point in talking about a correction or crash right now when the rally or bubble has not even formed. If anyone is telling you we will crash or we are expensive then please show them this chart, they might be in their own world of Rupee and might not be realising big picture. Not a buy sell recommendation.

@NIKHILLJHA @swapnilkmohurle I am confident about transparency and efforts you made to get the claim approved. My question is for @Niva_Bupa before purchasing policy anywhere they mention that this lock age is not applicable to medical inflation ? It may be there in policy documents after policy is issued.

🚨Niva Bupa Reassure 3.0-Cheap premium for unlimited cover? Niva Bupa Reassure 3.0 is providing unlimited cover at unbelievably cheap rates For a 60-year-old in Mumbai:- 📈Reassure 3.0:- Unlimited cover is available at Rs 42,074 When you compare this to other policies:- 📈HDFC Ergo Optima Secure+:- 25L cover is available at Rs 48,166 📈ICICI Lombard Elevate:- 25L cover is available at Rs 43,190 📈TATA AIG Medicare Select:- 25L cover is available at Rs 41,004 So basically, Reassure 3.0 now has the cheapest premium, Great time to lock this premium in for 3 or 5 years(before Niva starts to hike the premium)

Ordered a Tender Coconut from Flipkart Minutes. Received a coconut with a hard shell that couldn't be opened at home. Raised a refund request. Uploaded photos. Explained the issue clearly. The response I got was a standard copy-paste message saying coconuts are natural products and water content/hardness cannot be guaranteed. But that wasn't even my complaint. I wasn't talking about the amount of water inside. I was saying that a product sold as a Tender Coconut was delivered in a condition where it couldn't be consumed the way a tender coconut is expected to be consumed. I raised the issue again and got connected to another representative, Ankit. Same response. Same policy dictation. Same lack of understanding of the actual issue. After some back and forth, the case was escalated to a senior supervisor, Shalab. Within a minute, the refund was approved. What surprised me was that Shalab told me the refund should have been approved earlier. I was also told that the earlier handling of the case would be internally reviewed. This is exactly where the problem is with 99% cases. A lot of the time, customers are stuck because the person handling the complaint either doesn't understand the issue properly or chooses the easiest template response available. The customer then ends up spending time and energy chasing a resolution that should have been straightforward from the beginning. Attaching screenshots of the entire conversation and the coconut photos submitted during the complaint process. @flipkart @FlipkartMinutes Fix this please permanently. Give relevant training etc to your staff.

@NIKHILLJHA @swapnilkmohurle Aren't cheating policy holders? No where they mention in the variant comparison, this feature is exclusive of medical inflation. +Ves are published well but -ves are hidden somewhere with * terms & conditions. Insurers, regulator all are of the same school.

Vibhor Varshney, a SEBI RA (INH100005419) does this almost everyday. He tweets past performance of his clients, puts screenshots and deletes that tweet the next day and then puts up a new one. Mr. Varshney - since you are deleting these inducements, this implies you are aware that you are INTENTIONALLY violation SEBI RA Regulations. Still listing out for reference: SEBI prohibits an RA to: - Display Past performance (MC Clause 11.1(c)(xii)) - Show Misleading testimonials (MC Clause 11.1(c)(iii)) - Mislead by omission (MC Clause 11.1(c)(iv)) - Deliberately delete ads - 5-yr record rule (MC Clause 11.1(d)(v) + RA Reg 25(2)) - Advisory and marketing shall be at arm’s length distance (RA reg 16(5)) There are more but you get the gist.

@aman_shettty i see one big diff b/w traditional agents & insurance advisor. Agents used to sell 1 product which they have, but you are advising the policy which fit best to the client and helping them to take a good policy, which can save them at needy times. All ppl blessing with you guys🫡

33 years old. Healthy. No pre-existing conditions. First time buying his own policy. He came to us with one question: "What's the bare minimum I need?" We could have sold him something cheap and moved on. Instead we asked him three things: 1. What hospital do you go to when something happens? 2. Does your employer policy have a room rent cap? 3. Have you ever been hospitalised? Even briefly, for anything? Turns out his employer policy had a 5,000 room rent limit. He had no idea. And his preferred hospital charges 10,000 minimum for a private room. He wasn't buying "extra" insurance. He was buying insurance that would actually work when he used it. He went with HDFC Optima Secure Plus. ₹12,400 a year. Unlimited restoration. Consumables covered. The cheapest policy would have cost him ₹7,000. The difference: ₹5,400/year. What that buys: a policy that doesn't fail him at the exact moment it matters.

@darshitpatel84 7% risk free returns would be better than 10% risky returns..at some point he is right that's why its spiced the MF distributors..MF's are also now became gamblers by investing in hyper valued IPO's, earlier MF's are value buyers they never touch where there is no value.

If someone is giving gyan and says, "Don't invest in mutual funds or SIPs," just ask them one simple question: "Okay, we won't invest in mutual funds or SIPs. Now, can you give me one investment product that provides an average 10% annual post-tax return over a 5-year investment horizon, while also offering liquidity and no risk?" If they can give an answer, well and good. If they can't, then politely tell them not to criticize investments without offering a better alternative. 100% they won't have an answer..

CYIENT BUYBACK:- (1)Company is buying 5.76% of its total paid up equity @1125 in BB of ₹720 crores. (2)CMP :-848.20 (3)Record date:-17-06-2026 (4)Last date to purchase shares of cyient to participate in BB:-16-06-2026 (5)Market value of total holding on record date closing price should be ₹2lacs or less to be eligible for retail entitlement. (6)Dividend yield:-3.07% (7)Right now IT sector is in downtrend but i think very shortly whole indian IT will be bottom out. (8)My estimated AR is 40-60% (9)As promoters are not participating in this BB,it will improve AR for both retail and non retail category because after accepting Minimum Entitled shares under both categories,a good numbers of shares will be available for acceptance of shares tendered above ER but it will be more beneficial for retail as their ER is much better than Non retail. I was talking to a claim head … His answer shock me … this company has notorious name in rejecting claim … But acting victim like , hospitals are over charging, patients take high room category So our claim ratio hit … If customer is paying money fr any room they will choose any room if required.. u cnt cry for this .. you also incrse premium every year , u also reject claim and then after fighting u approve what is that … A person who is ready to fight , you will give claim And same who will not fight u will not give … We clearely said this is not fair and we will raise our voice against this … lets see how they will work after this conversation..

It is always this doom and gloom nonsense that signals that we're approaching the bottom. The majority will throw in the towel at the bottom, as they always do. They give up and sell when they should be buying. Then "Sayōnara" to the upside, but not yet, still lower to go. I've seen this SO many times before and it will happen again like clockwork imho.
