@TUIUK absolutely disgraceful service. Overbooking the Malaga to Manchester flight and leaving a family of 8 adults and 2 infants on standby, hoping to get on a flight! Every step of TUI involvement in this holiday has been disgusting. Take this as the start of my full refund 👍🏼
