Not everyone should be allowed in your home, and even fewer people should know where you live.

TotalEnergies Under Siege Again?
You know “Explore Kenya,” right? The TikTok content creator famous for interviewing Uber drivers?
He recently bought a Mazda CX-5 and went to refuel at a TotalEnergies station. According to his caption, the car’s tank capacity is 56 litres. He asked for a full tank, but the pump kept going until it hit 63 litres.
He claims it’s impossible and He is accusing TotalEnergies of selling more air than the notorious KEMSA COVID-19 supplies. Watch!!!!

Kenyans, I need your help. Please read through 🙏🏾
Do you remember this story of this young girl that died in Nanyuki as a consequence of being mishandled by the police during the protests crackdown last year?
Remember this account @D__wy (Darwin)? He was present at the police cells when it happened? He's the one who identified the officer who brutalised Julia (God rest her soul) and stood bravely as a willing witness to this case.
Well, as at today, Darwin has been in police custody for 3 weeks. Here's his charge sheet. He's being charged with the offense of trafficking narcotics (heroin, mind you) and the officers behind this case have been frustrating the legal process, failing to produce documents relating to the case etc.
Darwin is being held in Nanyuki prison, having struggled to raise Ksh 50k bail set by court, (has been there for 3 weeks now). The idea of these false charges is to set the cost of civic participation so high to the individual that they refuse to take part in collective efforts if it ever got to it.
I've paid this price myself before. Steep. Painfully. And the state has the capacity to grind your life to a halt, long before people remember why they're doing this to you.
Now, 2 years ago, @IPOA_KE and security representatives assured me that this victimisation of young politically active Nanyuki youth would stop, and we resolved to maintain peace and calm.
It would appear that there's a growing appetite to test the resolve of Nanyuki residents once more. At a time when there are a million and one other reasons pushing people to a seemingly inevitable boiling point.
Fine.
Let's do it then.
This week, we'll attempt to resolve this matter amicably, as I still retain the almost naive belief that sense still reigns within the justice system, however many times I've personally been let down by it.
Then afterwards we shall explore all other available means as guided by Article 1 of the Kenyan Constitution on the explicit absoluteness of the people's power.
In the meantime, if you'd like to support Darwin's bail fundraiser, please get in touch with me.
Thank you.

Guys, Safaricom’s "App’Graded" security on the MyOneApp is not a protective patch; it is the deployment of a digital cage. We have audited the tech and the corporate PR. Here is the systemic reality of your new app update: 👇🏾
Surveillance Handshake
They force you off your private Wi-Fi and mandate cellular data for login. Why? Because on Wi-Fi, you are behind a generic router. On their cellular network, they execute "Network Binding" (pinging your exact cell)-tower coordinates and extracting your MSISDN. You are forced to physically geolocate yourself for the state intelligence grid just to access your own money.
Choking Rivals
Demanding you set Safaricom as your "primary data line" is textbook monopolistic bullying. Furthermore, the claim that it’s a "one-time setup" is a lie. If you remove the Safaricom SIM to use a cheaper Airtel or Faiba data line, the app kicks you out. They are weaponizing your M-Pesa dependence to permanently disable your dual-SIM autonomy.
Geographic Hypocrisy
If "Network Binding" was truly a global security standard to fight scammers, Safaricom would deploy it in Ethiopia. They don't. In Ethiopia, they are challengers and cannot afford to bully users. This specific digital cage is strictly reserved for the captive Kenyan market where they hold a 99% monopoly.
Bait-and-Switch
They use "matatu scammers" as an alibi. But global banking apps stop 'cloning' through Device Binding (i.e locking the app to your phone's hardware ID), which works perfectly on Wi-Fi. Safaricom chose Network Binding instead because Device Binding protects you, while Network Binding protects their monopoly.
USSD Sabotage
They are deliberately degrading and throttling the SIM toolkit (*334#) to frustrate the Hustler into downloading the heavily surveilled MyOneApp. They are destroying the free bridge so you are forced to pay the toll on their new data-mining highway.
THE SWARM'S DIRECTIVE: A monopoly does not innovate to serve you; it innovates to trap you. When a corporation that admits in court to sharing customer data with the DCI without a warrant forces you into a geographic tracking grid, you must resist the digital migration. Demand USSD reliability.
Seek decentralized alternatives.

This road was designed, the drawings were reviewed, and they were approved by Kenya National Highways Authority engineers. I have a simple question: do you believe those engineers approved drawings with an open drainage channel right next to a highway?
After construction, the road was inspected and certified for payment. Another question: do you believe the as-built drawings submitted to KeNHA showed an open drain running alongside a live carriageway?
If we assume it was only the resident engineers who was “seen” by the contractor to turn a blind eye to this obvious hazard, are we also saying that none of the directors at KeNHA have used this road or noticed the mistake?
There is nothing as destructive as corruption. It is a cancer that quietly takes lives, all for the sake of a few extra coins. And those who have the power to act but choose not to ,whether corrupt or simply indifferent ,are part of that harm.
