@Shiseido_UK I e mailed your customer service team to raise a complaint, ref 00585418 and await your reply. Your products are lovely but expensive and when something goes wrong your service is unacceptable. Please get in touch, really poor customer service

@VodafoneUK If you listen back to the call recording you will learn that I was told something different…. I’ll request a copy of the call recording if this issue doesn’t get resolved today!!!

@murph1999 We're sorry to hear that you weren't informed about the discount expiring, Maria, and we do appreciate your feedback. A discount usually only lasts the length of the contract, and therefore it can drop off if you don't change your plan. Charlotte

@VodafoneUK I’ve just come out of contract and back in 4 May I was told my current charges would remain until i renegotiated… only to find you have withdrawn discount and now trying to charge me £78 for a sim only service!!!! Vodaphone just about to loose a very long standing customer! 😡
