After trying to be an active chatter, i gotta say i respect the lurker grind SO MUCH MORE. I genuinely can't have a conversation with a streamer because of ADS??? Sometimes the streamer doesn't realize it's happening, so they just keep talking and it's like... should i say something? should i ask them to pause? this is the worst experience ever. I miss turbo but if this is the normal viewer experience I'm horrified by the standards people set for viewer counts and things. How does Twitch even retain real people??? I'm so sorry brokeskies, i stand with you, penniless 😔✊

@NaeniaSelanyx The only person who can decide what to let anyone get away with in your stream, is you. If you're uncomfortable with a joke, shut it down. Anyone has a problem with that, they don't want to watch you, they want to bully you.

To what extent should you let your chat make jokes about you?
I enjoy some playful back and forth but sometimes, some jokes sound more mean and I'm open about correcting people or asking them to elaborate.
Yet I've had some tell me I need to let people get away with more.
