@WPvividcom So, you can't do an auto-migration from a site that has PRO to a destination that has FREE anymore? It fails due to the JSON file upload? Where as PRO to PRO works?

@postmarkapp Email sending was not working at all for me, from about 13 hours ago.

We identified and resolved an issue causing 503 errors when accessing the Postmark UI. The app is now fully accessible. Email sending and delivery were not impacted at any point during this incident. We'll provide an update soon.

@murrinmedia Really sorry for the disruption. The issue is fixed and you can log back in. Email sending was completely unaffected. We're looking into why the status page was not updated, we'll follow up soon.

@postmarkapp What's going on? Your status page says nothing is down yet it's been almost 2 hours since emails have worked, as well as the login system

@nhayling_ I have that issue AND emails are failing to send (API Key method)

Postmark app and user login section being down has given me a level of anxiety I didn’t predict. Seems emails are still sending but with no platform observability it’s a bit dicey.

@ltvhunter @postmarkapp Just happening again now, it's been down for a good half an hour (at least for me) and 503 messages when trying to login

Anyone know anyone at @postmarkapp? Our emails aren't sending and their support is non existent. Pretty please 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hey @elemntor - Thanks for making all my clients think they don't have a pro licence by putting a massive ugly UPGRADE button right there in the menu. WTF.

@vapvarun @elemntor This is terrible tbh. A massive button there when you are a PRO user already, is mind boggling.

Hey @elemntor , quick question 🤔 Why does the Upgrade button still appear when the license status shows Active? It can be a bit confusing for users with valid subscriptions.

@FOXFOOTY I have a memory that it was a weird year with less junior footy happening due to lockdowns and Covid, meaning the draft was a little hard to judge for recruiters. But that’s could be totally wrong.

@Xero I've just signed up, and my password didn't work so I did a password reset request... emails fail to come through though (inc spam/junk). All I want to do is login!

I was just irrationally reminded of how freaking stupid it is that after Google buy FitBit, I can't continue to use my Google (yes, Google, the company that bought FitBit) Workspace account. Screw you @fitbit and @Google

@robleathern Thanks for clarifying. If it's still loading, please try restarting your phone and try again. As for the workspace accounts, we don't have information to share right now if it'll be supported by 2025.
