What if MicroStrategy actually collapsed and Saylor had to unload $70B worth of $BTC would that nuke the entire market ? Has this thought ever crossed your mind ? Here’s the reality of Saylor, the debt, the dilution and how long this game can really run. A thread: 👇🧵

@joecarlsonshow @grok is it true that mortgage inquiries are half their historical average ?

Maybe the most important fact about Equifax $EFX The stock today is generating record-high Free Cash Flow at a time when mortgage inquiries are HALF of their historical average. If mortgage inquiries normalize over time, management has noted that it's super-high margin and almost all those extra credit pulls will fall to the bottom line, directly returned to investors through buybacks/dividends. If mortgage inquiries never return to historical averages, Equifax will continue to grow free cash flow to new all-time highs anyway with their workforce verification services. They are set up to win heads or tails.

This excellent FT 📊👇 shows just how much Europe is a non-player in the rare minerals industry. Minerals such as lithium, copper, cobalt and other rare minerals are mostly mined and refined in China. These minerals are needed for various purposes such as production of phones, batteries & even missiles. Europe Is in serious trouble…
