A student once came to his Alim and asked what the point of reciting Quran was if he could not understand it’s meaning. The Alim gave him a bucket full of filth and holes and asked him to fill it. Try as he might, the student collected hardly any water in the by bucket

There are 38 abattoirs in England and Wales that are halal. 71% of all sheep and 22% of all chicken slaughtered in the UK are slaughtered using a halal method, which to the say the least, is agony for the animals. This is completely unacceptable and disproportionate considering the official data shows that 6% of the UK population are Muslims. Time to ban halal. According to the Muslim Council of Britain, many Muslims would leave in that situation. Collateral damage in taking our country back.
