@StagecoachMCSL I was at the Liverpool bus stops opposite the Royal Court theatre trying to board a number 20 bus towards Kirkby. It’s one of the coldest days of the year and public transport is limited so this is wholly unacceptable. I’m furious. I believe the bus left at 17.49
