Het leukste deel van mijn werk is om van een kale doos naar het beeld toe te werken wat ik in mijn hoofd heb- het meest vermoeiende is dat op het moment dat het beeld voltooid is er een nieuw beeld zich opdringt en vraagt om gecreëerd te worden- geen uitknop

Weer een stukje verder- de orkestbak vult zich langzaam - nu de interieurs van de balkons nog en het bewerkte en beschilderde plafond en natuurlijk een imposante kroonluchter- dan de voorstelling op het podium nog - en daarna heel veel muizen naaien

Alles draait om stofuitdrukking zelfs een achteraf balkonnetje krijgt mooi behang ook al weet ik nu al dat we dit nauwelijks gaan zien op de uiteindelijke foto - maar het zijn dit soort details die ertoe doen
