Mwisho, manage yourself well and invest in your own personal growth.
Otherwise 97% of all unclaimed bodies stuck in Zambian mortuaries are men.
These individuals were not born alone.
They came from extended families of brothers, sisters, uncles and nephews.
Yet at their lowest moments, they die very lonely and painful deaths without any form of identity.
And only to be swallowed by the dusty earth in mass burials conducted by strangers.
It appears the value a man generates whilst alive also determines his level of passage to the grave.
Love yourself more you miserable soul.

Not utu tuma free education. We used to get pencils, rubbers, books and those rulers labeled ‘AIDS IS REAL’. Even used to give Cowbell milk na Tobwa🙌🏾😂

Mwanawasa introduced free education from grades 1 to 7 in the early 2000s.

Mwisho, never forget to diligently pursue the vanity of money.
It does NOT entirely eliminate self misery but it accords you decency and dignity with a wider pool of options.
Let us not romanticize struggle.
If broke men are shamed, disrespected and ignored on this scale in 2025's society.
Imagine how cruel the world will be to a man with no economic means in 2030.
Whatever you are doing as a man to lift yourself out of poverty - school, business or a formal job. I suggest you take it very seriously, my friend.

Mwisho, actually houses are not difficult to find in Lusaka.
They are just overpriced beyond your current budget and capacity.
This is why you need to properly realign your financial priorities, get a modest piece of land and start your journey to rental freedom.
The future of Lusaka belongs to those who will hold some form of immovable and fixed property against their name.
By 2030, Zambia has a projected population of 25 million active mouths to feed and shelter.
The country already has an estimated housing deficit of 3.5 million homes.
Imagine how much you will be paying for a 2 bedroom flat.
This is your chance to approach your headman in Chief Mungule's area and sign up for a simple plot at only K15,758.63
After that, you will be entered in the village book of life.

I was in Mkushi to do some work. You know the numbers stuff and things. But what I found on a certain farm is a story worth sharing.
This farm is huge as in commercial scale.
The kind where you need a motorbike or pickup just to move from one side to the other. The entire land’s been divided into blocks. Each block is centered around a 10-tower centre pivot, which irrigates about 100 hectares. Now multiply that by 25 pivots. That’s 2,500 hectares under irrigation alone. Serious business!
Each of those blocks is managed like a mini-farm with its own manager, workers, yield targets, input plans, harvest cycles. A decentralized system, but highly coordinated. It’s the kind of efficiency you’d expect to read about in textbooks.
The managers, about 80% of them are from our top agri institutions NRDC, UNZA, Monze College, Mpika College…like truly smart young professionals trained in modern agri techniques.
But it’s who he put in charge of each block that shook me. In the mix are a few ‘managers’ who barely finished high school. Mostly boys who grew up on the farm and are children of former legendary loyal workers who served the farm for decades. We ran the numbers and shockingly their blocks compete on yields fairly with everyone else’s. They talk yield numbers with so much accuracy. I swear I walked away from that farm with a big lesson!
