I just want to report back and say that your technical team came last week on Sunday and sorted us out we haven't had a power outage this week. My prayer is that they found a lasting solution. Asante sana. cc. @KenyaPower

@KenyaPower_Care we haven't had power from Friday evening, this is a problem that I always complain about every week. I left to go for a family function in Trans Nzoia I am back and still power hasn't been restored. This is to much help us get a lasting solution. CC. @KenyaPower

@KenyaPower_Care Power outage in Kiritu (Acct 60939675) reported twice. A supervisor acknowledged handling my case before but never followed up. Mbale office staff were rude, and customer care even hung up on me. This is unacceptable. Restore power and address this urgently.

@KenyaPower_Care I have never understood your Mbale office officers they never take client complain with the seriousness it deserves, I haven't had power and it's a fault that can be sorted, since it's not a power outage affecting the whole of Kiritu/Kigama. Cc. @KenyaPower
