I still insist that it was weird not to include us (Rwanda 🇷🇼) in the East African bid. 2 CAF approved stadiums, 10 5⭐️ hotels in Kigali alone 3 outside, good roads. And it’s visa free for Africans and we’ve the most experience in hosting international sports events.

The Lady Cranes began preparations for May in January.
They have 4 or 5 dedicated coaches, 2 TMs and a strict program. Very organised.
Kenya and Madagascar won't be ready, and Springbok Women will feel us.

The Nairobi bypass felt like it was designed mainly for the wealthy we paid over 20,000 UGX just to use it. It made me wonder how ordinary citizens who rely on it frequently manage such costs. In many of these countries, salaries may seem higher on paper, but the cost of living quickly eats into earnings. By the end of the month, you often realize there’s little or nothing left to save. Back home in Uganda, it’s different. Even though incomes may be lower, people have strong survival instincts and financial discipline. Somehow, they find ways to cut costs and save more, making life feel more sustainable in the long run. I took the pics
