SVG-OM with multiple lesions in body. Surgical 👎🏽 for re-do CABG. R #radialfirst, AL2, 6.0 cm SpiderFx.
Impressive no-reflow with deployment of 4.0 x 38 Synergy. Cp, STE, resolved with 400 Cardene and aspiration with Pronto LP.
Any tips on how to prevent/better manage this?

With current DES technology, for 30 day DAPT pts (#ARC-HBR) after PCI the fantasy BMS is safer has floated away based on RCTs with more to come at TCT...That being said, BMS is not a static tech either, so keep your eyes open and focus on evidence!
