@handleitgrips Anytime I take a new shooter to the range, I always only load one round for the first time and for every new caliber they try. Simply to avoid this and then potentially dropping a loaded weapon. After they have some confidence I will load more rounds.

@gotrice2024 Happened at my previous job, co-worker (male) took 12 weeks which was written in the employee hand book. Took his 2 weeks paid and 10 unpaid. Week into his leave the owner called to tell him to stop playing around and get back out into the field.

Paternity leave needs revamped as well, 15 days isn’t bad but he should be able to take allot longer unpaid if he chooses to. The issue is, his boss is threatening to fire him if he takes the leave and doesn’t come back now, what would you do in this situation?

A company tries to bully her into coming in early on her own time, claiming it shows she’s uncommitted to the company by not coming to work almost an hour early. Why do we tolerate these bosses who only treat us as a number instead of a valuable asset to the company, would you quit too?
