This success is manufactured, heavy rotation at home, fresh legs for the big stage. Ligue 1 needs to look at itself. If you want to be taken seriously in Europe, stop protecting one club and make them actually compete week in, week out like everyone else. Otherwise, it’s just an exhibition league with one superstar team playing when they feel like it.
